BehaviorMatch
BehaviorTracking learns from previous users. It automatically generates synonym search alternatives based on previous users search terms. The alternative suggestions are listed in BehaviorTracking as well as sent to InformationManager, in which synonyms are easily setup. You have to approve the synonyms suggested by BehaviorTracking before they are employed - to ensure the quality.
The screenshot below shows some typical examples of BehaviorMatches, adressing job searches, customer service, locations and more. BehvaiorMatches show synonyms and rephrasings for up to 100 original search terms.
For each synonym, you can decide whether to automatically include it in a search for a similar term, or to show it as an optional alternative in the top or bottom of the result page.
